My name is Marco Aurélio, but I'm also known among friends and co-workers as Wendigo. I've started my career 23 years ago when I moved to Rio de Janeiro and had my first job opportunity as a Visual Designer. Since then I've work for studios, marketing/merchandising agencies and also as a freelancer. About 7 years ago I had a great opportunity to make from my hobby - which is playing videogames - my work, when I joined Riot Games.

Nowadays, I'm the Creative Lead for Garena, leading a team with talented artists which increases its number (by hiring contractors) according to the magnitude of each project. Our deliverables go from promotional websites to opening concert shows for Free Fire Finals.

I feel really passionate about challenging and innovative projects involving several talented professionals from different expertise, so I can also learn new working methods and ideas as the project develops. I really enjoy working on a collaborative environment, motivating everyone around me to achieve the same goals delivering an unique experience for our players.
